MD Program 2019 Batch Pre-Departure Ceremony - organized on October 23, 2019 (IST) at University's regional office in the city of Noida - was graced by Admiral Rabinder "Robin" Kumar Dhowan, Former Chief, Naval Staff, Indian Navy, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, and Alumnus, National Defence Academy.
On occasion, Admiral encouraged the students with his words full of inspiration, wisdom, and positivity. Admiral told the students that while the medical pilgrimage they are going to embark on is not easy, but it's worth all the efforts. On occasion, Admiral asked the students to work hard and smart and be assured that with Commitment, Compassion, Courage, Credibility, and Integrity, they will become a competent and caring doctor.
It was a rare opportunity for the young medical aspirants to meet a person of his stature and learn from the wisdom of the Admiral. We are sure that our students will put the principles apprised by the Admiral into practice during, as well as after successful completion, of their MD Program.
